Responsibilities
- Resolve technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases in CRM systems while maintaining detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs and feature requests
- Conduct proactive outreach to high-value accounts for relationship building
- Mentor new hires on support protocols and product knowledge
- Analyze support metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Participate in cross-functional product feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical customer support experience in SaaS/Tech industry
- Expertise in Zendesk, Salesforce, and Jira platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Fluency in English with exceptional written/verbal communication
- Certification in ITIL or similar customer service framework preferred
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent cases while maintaining quality standards
