Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases in Salesforce and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Identify trends and propose process improvements
- Train new support associates on company protocols
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQ updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in customer support or service roles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
