Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in Zendesk and escalate complex issues to Tier 2
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain deep product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Support 24/7 rotation schedule including weekends and holidays
- Analyze customer feedback to drive service enhancements
- Onboard new customers and provide post-purchase support
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in customer support or related field
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume periods
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry highly valued
- Strong problem-solving abilities with creative solution mindset
- Available for flexible scheduling including nights/weekends
