Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Document cases accurately in Zendesk and escalate complex technical issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot product bugs
- Conduct proactive outreach to at-risk customers to prevent churn
- Master new product features through continuous training modules
- Support high-traffic launch periods with flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B/SaaS customer support experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Fluency in English with clear communication abilities
- Ability to work rotating weekends during peak seasons
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
