Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with speed and empathy
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining high data quality
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues

- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training updates

Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience in a B2B environment
