Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with first-contact resolution
- Document cases in CRM systems with detailed notes and action items
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Train new hires on support protocols and product knowledge
- Participate in weekly team meetings and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in a B2B environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume, fast-paced situations
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Teams)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
