Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Document cases in Zendesk with detailed resolution steps and feedback
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex product issues
- Proactively identify process improvements to reduce resolution time
- Maintain expert knowledge of SaaS platform updates and features
- Support weekend rotational shifts (1-2 weekends/month)
Qualifications
- 2+ years in high-volume customer support or tech support roles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Problem-solving mindset with calm demeanor under pressure
- High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred
