Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with average response time under 2 minutes
- Resolve technical issues and billing concerns using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems and track resolutions
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate case records
- Identify upsell opportunities during support interactions to drive revenue growth
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced settings
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Experience working with remote teams using collaboration tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
