Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with speed and empathy
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce and track resolution metrics
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities during client interactions
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and training materials
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and feedback reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years customer service experience (internships welcome)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
