Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce while maintaining detailed case histories
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical issues and track resolutions
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product updates and support protocols
- Contribute to process improvements through weekly team feedback sessions
- Support weekend/holiday coverage on rotating schedule (1-2 weekends/month)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask across 3+ communication channels simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical approach to complex issues
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise with advanced Excel skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
