Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 daily calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Meet/exceed KPIs: First Call Resolution (85%), CSAT (90%), AHT (180s)
- Upsell products/services during customer interactions
- Collaborate with team leads on performance optimization
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for payment processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 6+ months customer service/call center experience
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Fluent English with clear neutral accent
- Ability to work flexible shifts (4am-10pm)
- Reliable transportation to Energy Corridor location
- Basic Spanish language skills (highly desirable)
