Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 daily calls with exceptional customer service
- Resolve billing inquiries and technical support issues
- Update client information using Salesforce CRM
- Meet daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT)
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
- Document call interactions in real-time
- Upsell products based on client needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
- Basic computer proficiency
