Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for premier retail and telecom clients
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, products, and services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Achieve daily performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution rates
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
- Collaborate with team leads to address escalated customer concerns
- Adhere to script protocols while maintaining personalized customer engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Reliable transportation to downtown Milwaukee office
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
