Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (call volume, quality scores)
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Participate in ongoing product training and process updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Passion for problem-solving and customer advocacy
