Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily for client accounts
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM software and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce/Zendesk systems
- Participate in weekly coaching and certification programs
- Adhere to PCI compliance protocols for payment processing
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days/evenings/weekends)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our Six Forks Rd facility
