Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve inquiries regarding accounts, services, and products
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet daily performance metrics (calls, quality, adherence)
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Upsell products when appropriate during customer interactions
- Maintain positive customer experience during all interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with Windows applications
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown Columbus location
