Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and call efficiency
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience (not required)
