What You'll Do: Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for Fortune 500 clients, resolve inquiries, document interactions, and maintain service excellence metrics.

Responsibilities
- Respond to 50+ daily customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries
- Document all interactions in CRM system
- Meet/exceed 90% customer satisfaction target
- Collaborate with team for seamless issue escalation
- Adhere to compliance protocols (HIPAA/PCI)
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1+ years call center/customer service experience
- Strong typing (35+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Clear English/Spanish bilingual (strongly preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Positive attitude under pressure
- No criminal background (background check required)
