Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 daily inbound/outbound calls with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed quality metrics and KPIs (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service protocols
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and feedback cycles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication skills and clear articulation
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, web apps)
- Reliable transportation to our Tech Center location
- Flexible availability (weekends/evenings required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
