Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for Fortune 500 clients
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in compliance protocols
- Meet/exceed KPIs: call handling time, resolution rates, CSAT scores
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Adhere to HIPAA/FERPA regulations for sensitive data handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Type 40+ WPM with strong computer navigation skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends)
- Clear communication in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Pass background check and drug screening
