Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing and service issues efficiently using CRM systems
- Meet and exceed daily performance metrics (handle time, quality scores)
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with company protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication skills and active listening abilities
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
