Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily regarding patient inquiries and insurance verification
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM system with zero errors
- Meet daily performance metrics including call handle time and quality scores
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards for all patient data
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and basic computer proficiency

- Ability to work standing for 6-8 hours
