Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and transactions in our CRM software.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and retention goals.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
