Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Maintain accurate call records and documentation in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (call volume, resolution rates)
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
- Adapt to changing product knowledge and service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Type 35+ WPM with strong computer navigation abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Reliable transportation to our Virginia Beach location
- Must pass background check and drug screening
