- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ resolution rate
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Upsell products/services during high-touch interactions
- Collaborate with tech teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain 95%+ satisfaction score through personalized support
- Participate in daily performance reviews and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings/weekends)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
