Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 98% accuracy
- Meet/exceed 85% customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with tech team for complex issue escalation
- Participate in weekly performance improvement workshops
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 80+ WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Proficient in Zendesk/Salesforce platforms
- Ability to work rotating shifts (8am-8pm)
- Spanish bilingual certification required
- Pass background/drug screening
