Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and billing issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue goals

Qualifications
