Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, and services
- Maintain accurate call documentation in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with supervisors to escalate complex cases
- Participate in quarterly training on healthcare protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM)
- Quiet home office with reliable internet
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology preferred
- Must reside in Tampa, FL or Pennsylvania
