Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in weekly training sessions on products/processes
- Adhere to HIPAA/PCI compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Flexible availability (shifts between 8am-8pm)
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) a plus
