Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with speed and accuracy
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining detailed case notes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call volume and resolution targets
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues effectively
- Actively promote additional services during customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or support environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
