Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve inquiries regarding products/services with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Maintain performance metrics including CSAT and AHT targets
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Participate in daily training sessions on new products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Philadelphia residency preferred (not required)
