Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats for Sacramento-area clients
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Meet daily performance metrics (call time, resolution rate)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Process returns, exchanges, and order modifications
- Document interactions and report technical issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Sacramento area transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual a plus
