- R&D Leadership: Oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists to prototype and validate cutting-edge solutions.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with key industry partners and academic institutions to foster innovation and talent acquisition.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the transition of legacy systems into future-proof architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum scalability.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research to anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and competitive landscapes leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with at least 5 years specifically focused on strategic planning or R&D.
