Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the company’s 2026 roadmap, identifying high-impact technologies to integrate.
- Oversee the deployment of advanced AI models and predictive analytics to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term tech goals with corporate objectives.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for R&D initiatives focused on future-proofing our platform.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and futurists.
- Conduct market research to anticipate shifts in the global tech landscape.
- Establish partnerships with key players in the emerging tech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, or technology leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech stacks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategy.
- Experience leading diverse, remote-first teams across North America.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
