Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap in alignment with company strategic goals.
- Identify emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces to drive product innovation.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the prototyping and development of next-generation software solutions.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to forecast technology shifts and competitor movements.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives targeting the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management within a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or products.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging computing paradigms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
