Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning process for technology adoption and innovation through 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in AI, Web3, and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate high-level vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or strategic partnerships that align with our 2026 goals.
- Present complex technical concepts and strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and board of directors.
- Oversee the pilot programs for experimental technologies to ensure feasibility and ROI.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and strategic analysts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or R&D leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or initiatives that align with long-term roadmaps.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, or Spatial Computing.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to drive change within a dynamic organization.
