- Strategic AI Integration: Oversee the strategic implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing) for pilot programs and eventual full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-Suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to align technical vision with business goals.
- Innovation Labs Management: Direct the internal incubator for experimental projects, fostering a culture of rapid prototyping and high-velocity innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in senior leadership roles within high-growth tech companies, specifically in Strategy or R&D.
- Deep Tech Expertise: Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Infrastructure trends leading into 2026.
- Strategic Foresight: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Master’s Degree: MBA, MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
