Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026+ strategic technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) for potential integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to oversee R&D initiatives and pilot programs.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategies with corporate growth goals.
- Manage a substantial budget for technology innovation and infrastructure upgrades.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years in a strategic or executive role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
