Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and future horizons.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI models and autonomous systems into core products.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, neural interfaces).
- Oversee R&D initiatives focused on predictive analytics and user experience evolution.
- Manage a budget of $10M+ for technology acquisition and talent acquisition.
- Ensure ethical standards and compliance in the deployment of autonomous technologies.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management.
- Proven track record of scaling technology platforms in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and future tech trends.
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Exceptional ability to anticipate market shifts and translate them into actionable strategies.
