Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates future market shifts.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects focused on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Networks.
- Strategic Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures that support global expansion.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of senior engineers, product managers, and data scientists.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or IT management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
