Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures tailored for high-velocity production environments.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into our core product ecosystem.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for edge computing environments and high-performance data centers.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models that handle millions of requests per day.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
