Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the comprehensive strategic vision for 2026, aligning business goals with technological advancements in AI and Quantum Computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead quarterly strategy reviews with the C-suite and board members, presenting complex data in a compelling, high-conversion format.
- Innovation Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to integrate into our product portfolio, ensuring a competitive edge.
- Operational Alignment: Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for engineering, product, and marketing teams.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global market shifts to pivot strategies proactively.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting and resource planning for long-term R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or executive leadership, preferably within the tech or consulting sectors.
- Education: MBA or Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
- Tech Literacy: Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically GenAI and Web3 ecosystems.
