Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 2026 market impact potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across product portfolios
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen innovations
- Present technology foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Quantify ROI and risk factors for emerging tech investments
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of bringing innovations from concept to market
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
