Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently by identifying root causes and offering solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed product information, pricing, and service options to potential and existing clients.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on company policies and product updates to ensure accurate information delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening and clarity.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including typing proficiency and navigating web browsers.
- Proven ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure.
