- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and typing (40+ WPM preferred).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
