Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into the CRM database.
- Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily and monthly KPI goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection for remote training (if applicable).
