Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure high service standards and workflow efficiency.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company promotions to existing clients.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and de-escalate tense situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software windows simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and headset (equipment provided upon hire).
