Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our internal database.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or support is a plus but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
