- Resolve Inquiries: Troubleshoot issues and answer questions efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Prioritize Tickets: Sort and manage incoming chat requests to ensure urgent issues are addressed immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written English skills with a professional, polite tone.
- Technical: Reliable high-speed internet and a computer equipped with a webcam and headset.
- Typing: Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
