- CRM Management: Update and maintain customer records in our internal database accurately.
- Follow Guidelines: Adhere to standard operating procedures, scripts, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Performance Targets: Achieve daily KPIs regarding call handling times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Team Communication: Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide full training for entry-level candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Internet: Stable high-speed internet connection for remote or hybrid work arrangements.
